Ease of Access category removed from Windows Setting Sync/Enterprise State Roaming?
Hi everyone,
While working on one of my recently installed 20H2 machines, I happened to look at the "Sync your Settings" area of Settings and saw that the Ease of Access sync category is completely missing from the list now. I verified that was also true on my other 20H2 machines, so I assume that it is a deliberate change recently that I just didn't notice before. Does anyone happen to know where it's documented since I apparently lost my searching skills?. All of Microsoft's articles about Windows setting sync or Enterprise State Roaming still say that Ease of Access is a supported category (Enterprise State Roaming FAQs ).
On a side note, I saw a release note from the Insider Program that the "Theme" sync category will also be killed off in Windows 21H1, so apparently the roadmap for that area of functionality is to just go backwards steadily...

Normally when you enable Settings Sync it will sync entire settings and Accessibility is part of it. In case you make any change to accessibility and try enable Settings Sync , it should update accessibility settings too. Try this and in case it didn't work as expected , then open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

Reza_Ameri-Archived The Ease of Access sync category is completely absent for me on any machine running 20H2 (logged in with a Microsoft Account or an Azure AD account). I can still see it on my machine that's running Windows 1909, but at some point they seem to have taken the choice away in newer versions.
It's possible this could be a temporary bug, but I haven't seen a "Known Issue" note in any recent Windows Updates to confirm that.

Have you tried enable Setting sync as I mentioned earlier to check if behavior exist?
I would expect when you enable Sync Settings , it will Sync Ease of Access too.
In case you won't see this behavior or you might want separate Sync option, report it in Feedback Hub app.
