Co-Authoring for Semi-Annual channel

I was happy with the old nomenclature of Current Branch, Current Branch for Business, Long Term Servicing Branch, Insider slow and fast rings methods. Is there a web site that clearly shows the differences that have been introduced with the Semi Annual Channel method of naming Feature and quality update methods? I am particularly interested in the delays that can be used to prevent the installation of feature and quality updates.
