Cannot turn on memory integrity due to incompatible driver (Windows 10)

I tried turning on Memory Integrity to resolve a BSOD (error code HYPERVISOR ERROR) that I kept getting, since it was the last thing I needed to try. However, it says I have an incompatible driver (snUVC.sys/Sonix). I searched it up, and it says that I should just delete it/rename it to snUVC.sys.old. I tried deleting my camera and reinstalling it via Device Manager, but no luck. (Lenovo, Windows 10 OS Build 19045.6466)

Incompatible drivers can cause hardware malfunctions or system instability if forcibly removed. snUVC, sys is typically part of the camera driver; removing it might disable your webcam or cause issues with camera functionality.

Because snUVC.sys is an incompatible driver that doesn't meet the security requirements for Memory Integrity.
