Cannot enrol in Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU)
Have you resolved this issue yet. If not when you are in Settings/accounts are your sign in options visible. If not then the ESU update will not reveal. Sign in options problems can be found/resolved via services.msc.
Windows key+r and then type in services.msc and find sign in options and if disabled, right click to reveal properties, set to automatic, click on apply, click on start. Ensure this is now running.
Hope this helps.

1. The Service is "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant" and is normally set to Manual.
2. Enable and set it to Automatic.
3. Retry Enrollment and it will run, takes a minute.
4. On Windows Update screen, it will show "Your PC is enrolled to get Extented Security Updates"
Thank you for solving a simple problem that was driving me crazy for 2 days. Exact same problem as OP. Wheel of Death on Enrollment screen.
