Blank screen issue, page is not getting options to go forward

I am stucked in between already spend to much time in it now need a solution as soon available. Update was downloaded and restart now option was available, so restart option is selected and system got restarted while process of updation is completed from 1 to 100 percent and lockscreen appered pin entered and then the detection process started and then system stuck with a blank screen with language option icon and a pointer pointer operating and visible on the screen also ctrl+alt+delete combination is only working apart from this nothing is going forward.

  Above is the model number of the laptop.
  I am still struggling with the issue and it is not resolved yet

    Turn off your notebook by pressing several seconds the on/off button for two times in a row, then turn on again.
    When you'll turn on system next you'll end up in Advanced Startup
    pick Troubleshoot
    then Advanced Options
    then Go back to the previous build (version)
    
    Let's see if you can get control again this way.
