Hello StephanieNoack, it does appear that the proper steps were taken. The only additional item would be to ensure that questions are established for the correct survey cycle? In the meantime, I will test internally and let you know if I see any issues.

Thanks for looking into this for me! The client's setup doesn't have multiple cycles, and all items are selected for the survey. Thank you so much for your help on this! Let me know if you need anything else from me. 🙂
alanderfieldHello StephanieNoack, while we continue to troubleshoot, can you initiate the demo dashboard preview again? Please note, this can take up to an hour to fully load the customer's survey data. The message stating you do not have enough responses will appear until the data loads.
