Hello StephanieNoack, while we continue to troubleshoot, can you initiate the demo dashboard preview again?  Please note, this can take up to an hour to fully load the customer's survey data.  The message stating you do not have enough responses will appear until the data loads.

I just initiated the demo dashboard preview again. I'll wait an hour and let you know if it has/hasn't loaded the data. Thanks again for working on this!

      StephanieNoack , I've had this happen for a live survey. I know your survey isn't live but what I had to do as a work around is do the preview on the next cycle then it worked. For example, if you're on cycle 1 set cycle 2 to match from a questions perspective then generate the preview. Let me know if this works. Thanks!

        I tried that and it did seem to work!
        I also noticed that it took hours for the actual results to show up (for a client with less than 20K employees), instead of the usual 20-40 minutes. I'm not sure if Viva Glint has a longer lead time to populate data, but anecdotally, it seems like it takes longer than it did on LinkedIn Glint. (Just in case that helps anyone else who have clients who panic on the first day).
