Unable to sign-in to Skype for Business client after switching to Teams only

2. User is provisioned in SfB Online. Refer to the attached image.
3. Tried manually configuring the SfB client but I still can't sign in. Refer to the attached image.
Can you send me the details of one specific user with the Get-CSOnlineUSer for that specific user? Also check in your on-premises AD what is the value for MSRTCSIPEnabled Value for the user account. If that is set as false please enable the same to True and sync the user and try the same.
