Universal printrs installed, but not avalible
Hi
We have been using AUP for nearly two years with great success.
However, we have an issue i cant seem to solve.
One user cant print on any AUP printers. On his computer the printers are not listed as avaliable, but when i search for them, they show up as installed.
I have looked through https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/universal-print/fundamentals/universal-print-troubleshooting-support-howto
But nothing here describes the issue.
This is the only computer i have seen this issue at.
I have attached a few screenshots from his computer. As you can see, the 2 AUP printers are not avalible, but searching for them, they show up as installed.

- mrkittyCopper ContributorHi
I will make a support ticket at Microsoft to see if we can solve the issue.
- AndreasAsanderIron ContributorTry this:
Go to Bluetooth & Devices -> Devices (not printers & scanners) -> Find Device -> Press "..." -> Remove Device -> Reboot client
After reboot of the client, reinstall the printer and now it should be found under Printers & Scanners and you should be able to print to it again.- mrkittyCopper ContributorHi
There are no printers shown here.
