Universal printrs installed, but not avalible
Hi We have been using AUP for nearly two years with great success. However, we have an issue i cant seem to solve. One user cant print on any AUP printers. On his computer the printers are not ...
Try this:
Go to Bluetooth & Devices -> Devices (not printers & scanners) -> Find Device -> Press "..." -> Remove Device -> Reboot client
After reboot of the client, reinstall the printer and now it should be found under Printers & Scanners and you should be able to print to it again.
