Universal Print not recoginizing paper size when printing from Dicom viewer App
For some reason Universal print is not recognizing the paper size selected from the DICOM Viewer WebDiagRX for the Images sent through this. The images is being sent either on A3 or Letter size but not recognizing the paper size correctly. Not matter how we try configuring the paper size on the universal Print driver it will not take the size being send.

Hope My response is not that late.To solve this, you must go specifically to the printer's Windows settings. In some operating systems you need to modify the printer settings using administrator privileges.
The configuration made within PACS encore does not directly manage the paper size or selection.
To validate the configuration, you must go to print properties using the machine's local Administrator user.
Using this user, all the saved configurations will be executed correctly so that the print sent from Pacs Webdiagrx comes out without problem.Hope this help
