Hope My response is not that late.
To solve this, you must go specifically to the printer's Windows settings. In some operating systems you need to modify the printer settings using administrator privileges.
The configuration made within PACS encore does not directly manage the paper size or selection.
To validate the configuration, you must go to print properties using the machine's local Administrator user.
Using this user, all the saved configurations will be executed correctly so that the print sent from Pacs Webdiagrx comes out without problem.
