Hello, I don't use them so can't say how it was before. But I did verify what you're describing with a live event test. Could be a bug, not sure. Or they (MS) assume that people know how the Live event policy is configured for users and/or that the organizer should know what options are set for the event. Anyway, I reached out to other MVPs that actually use Live events for a confirmation 🙂 Will let you know.
