Word document alignment changes when uploaded to Teams channel - HELP PLEASE...

Hello everyone

I hope that you can offer support.  When uploading a word booklet file that contains text boxes, pictures and text the alignment changes and titles move onto next page which is making the booklet hard to follow.

Can anyone advise please why this is happening and how we can avoid it.,
