Why am I failing to update meeting event subscriptions in Developer Portal Bot Management

I want to receive meeting participant events. I referred to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/apps-in-teams-meetings/meeting-apps-apis?tabs=channel-meeting%2Cguest-user%2Cone-on-one-call%2Cdotnet3%2Cdotnet2%2Cdotnet%2Cparticipant-join-event%2Cparticipant-join-event1#receive-meeting-participant-events. In the Meeting event subscriptions section of the Developer portal, I turned on 'Participant join' and 'Participant leave', and saved the settings. However, a 'Failed to update meeting event subscriptions' error occurs. How can I fix this issue?"

    @KeisukeUEda - Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. 

    We were able to reproduce the issue. We have logged this as a bug, and our engineering team will look into it. 

    While we cannot guarantee a fix at this stage, we will keep you updated with any progress or changes. Please note that in some cases, the bug may be by design or deprioritized due to platform updates, but we will continue to monitor the bug closely.
