What is the easiest way to let my coworker test a tab app?

Hi, I've been developing and testing a Teams tab app locally.  Now, I'd like to let my coworker test it on his machine.  What is the easiest to do it? Can I "sideload" as described by the first link below or do I have to do the full provision/deploy/publish as described by the second link below? Thank you.
