Want to integrate Skype with FreeAgentCRM system

I am working for one CRM product and we want to integrate Skype with FreeAgent CRM system for tracking all the call details and messages in CRM system.

Can you please let us know if there is any possibility of integrating the Skype with FreeAgent CRM system?
