ouedsami - Is it happening in Teams classic or New Teams? Are you getting any console error?

    Prasad_Das-MSFT Hi thanks for assisting me, I was able to solve the problem, I was using Azure developer to publish it and my information here was incorrect in the app form :

    Single sign-on

    Configure your app to authenticate users with single sign-on (SSO).
    Application ID URI*Specify your app’s resource for getting authorization tokens. api://applicationIdfromAzure
