Teams Praise icons - Could these be customisable?

Hi ThereWe love using teams in our organisation and we want to extend that use to drive the recent change in our business culture. One feature we particularly like is the praise functionality and it would be absolutely awesome if these could be customisable (or we could create our own) so that we could praise based on our five principle culture goals.&nbsp;Do you have any plans for this type of development? There is a uservoice for this request and Microsoft is looking into it!!

adam deltinger&nbsp;Any news on this? We are desperate to be able to praise people internally using our own behaviours....do we have timescales for this please?
