Teams Bot Feedback button is not shown to most of the user

we can close this item. After publishing the chatbot, everyone is now able to view the thumbs up/down in their Teams Desktop.

Yes, that's what puzzled me as well. If I can see the thumbs up/down, why some of my colleagues couldn't. They did say that they can see the thumbs up/down in their mobile.
I am just wondering what other possible cause that the buttons didn't show up. Could it be Teams settings? Or could it be the permission from Entra?- Prasad_Das-MSFT
hardonoa , i don't think that could be due to some permission issue. Updating MS Teams might resolve the issue. Was there any console error or anything?
