Teams app store publishing process

Posting this again because I didn't receive any response on my other post for the past 3 days.

I am trying to publish a Teams application to Teams tore, but I cannot manage to do it following the official guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/deploy-and-publish/appsource/publish

In my own marketplace this Office store tab does not exist and the Office add-in offer neither.

So how do I proceed with the publishing?
