Same issue. FWIW it doesn't even work with tel: the protocol teams registers. It's a bug that needs to be fixed.

  Prasad_Das-MSFT This isn't the issue, I was just using tel as an example, MS needs to follow the adaptive cards standard since v 1.0 and support all uri in the url field.
