Showing no of messages received in teams channel
Hi Team,
Below is a teams channel which we have created for out chat bot and we wanted to update the number of messages received along with the channel name. Currently its showing in activity and also getting a notfication.
Is it possible to edit the channel name to add the messages un read dynamically without graph client as it needs sign in token every time.

Could you please share more details on your query? You can use Patch channel - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn to update the properties of a channel using Graph API. Currently there is no API to get the unread messages in Teams.
We needed a feature like in activity its showing the number of un read message.
We need to fetch that message no and need to update along with the channel name of specific user.
