setReaction and softDelete for channel messages broken?

until our test today, our connector was working fine. We’re now encountering the exact same issue. Our connector has the same settings you described, and during today's test, we received the same error shown in your Screenshot 3.

    We have not made any changes on our end, and the API continues to operate as expected. Therefore, the issue appears to be on the backend.
