Sending a private notification to MS Teams from an external application
Hello,
I want to send a private notification to a channel member in MS Teams by initiating this from an external windows application.
How would I manage to achieve this ?

johnf1560 - You can send message to a member in a channel by using proactive messaging. Could you please check this documentation try if that works. If not, please share more info on what you're trying.
