Request-a-team App Requirement for Logic App Over a Flow

Looking a the Request-A-Team example app and wondering now in 2022, could the Logic app be replaced with just a Flow in Power Automate using a HTTP call to the Graph API to create the team?

I'm trying to understand the need for a Logic App over a Flow.
