    Hi All,

    we can close this item. After publishing the chatbot, everyone is now able to view the thumbs up/down in their Teams Desktop.

hardonoa , i don't think that could be due to some permission issue. Updating MS Teams might resolve the issue. Was there any console error or anything?

hardonoa maybe you can try to clearing the Teams cache. Sometimes it helps to get the latest update. (Link to the documentation here)

    My colleagues are still unable to see the thumbs up/down after clearing the cache.

     

    Does the app need to be published first in my company's Teams Store? We have not officially launch this chatbot, so I actually testing this by sharing the Teams Channel Link found in Azure Bot's Channel page.
