Now when I checked recently, on clicking in the file attachment in chat. The document is opened in the respective Desktop Applications when running the app from Microsoft Edge. However, the document is downloaded incase of other browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox.- Nivedipa-MSFTmaheshkumaryu - Engineering team is working on it. Currently we don't have any ETA to share.
