Hi Laxman - Thanks for raising the query.
Could you please share the steps for how you have created the bot plugins?
We can create plugins and integrate it with M365 copilot in Teams but not sure how exactly you have created the Bot plugins.

You can refer this documentation: Extend Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn
UI which Microsoft 365 copilots provides may not be available for 3rd party developers for now.
