personal tab website (sharepoint) display problem

Hello everybody,
We just started to develop a custom app.
The app should display Sharepoint pages in a personal tab.
Unfortunately it works great in the Team Webclient only in the Team client for windows the tab remains gray.

Does anyone have an idea here?
