Since Meghana-MSFT 's profile on this forum has gone dormant (their last activity was in December), can someone from Microsoft please update us on this New Teams bug ? Is it being addressed ? This is still an issue and I'm on v24033.807.2716.7297 of New Teams. My Windows and Teams notifications are set up correctly.

Apologies for the delay, we will check this and get back to you.Meghana-MSFT and ssj_springctin , I've found a solution to this problem, which I was having with chat notifications. Should would for SSJ's app notifications too I think. Worth a try anyway as it worked for me. The solution is here.
