MS Team Call Dashboard
Hi
We use MS Team for incoming and outgoing calls and want to get a "Dashboard / Report" that basically just shows
Username - Number of calls received - time to answer a call - number of outgoing calls made
Anyone know if this is possible?
We are happy to use PowerBi if anyone know it can be done with that
