Missing SkypeBackgroundHost process
We have an application in company that monitors all processes for (Teams for Room)/(Skype Room System) app to ensure that app is running without issues. One of following process is missing on two devices: SkypeBackgroundHost, process is running on all others devices. . Could you please answer on few questions?

1. What is purpose of that process?
2. Is it necessary for proper work of application?
3. How to turn on that process back?
