Microsoft teams as a CTI on SAP Sales/Services Cloud
Dear Community, Is there any Widget available or a way to use Microsoft teams as a CTI on SAP Sales/Service cloud. If do you have information that helps to integrate these two components please share.

- At the moment there is no standard way to perform this. But if you check on Google or YouTube you will find some companies that performs this integration in a customized way.
