Guest cannot chat in Teams Channel meetings
If we create a Teams channel meeting, and a guest join with a "join url" to the meeting who is not a member of the Teams channel, the guest cannot see the chat (they can however share screen, voice, raise hand). Is it possible to enable the chat for the guest for a Teams channel meeting, without adding them as member of the Teams channel? If not, is it possible to enable a "Q&A session" in the meeting?

No, in order to access chat in a channel meeting, the person needs to be part of the team.
There’s currently no QnA functionality but it’s coming soon. I don’t know how that will work though so can’t tell if that’s a solution
