Files tab add new link

Can we add the option to open the file with some other application in the files tab? For e.g. I want to open .abc file with my own application and provide the same option in the teams tab. Another option can be redirecting the user to the browser, if the file is clicked.

In other words, Can we customize any in built tabs provided by microsoft.
