Design gudie for Teams tab

Dear sir

We are preparing Microsoft Teams addin app, which will be embedded to the tab by iFrame web hosting.

And we already have developed the app.

I can see the "Design your app/Design system/~ " 

Do we have to follow those rule to upload our Teams addin app on the "Store".

      I have read the guide. And wee already have our own app used by Material-UI component lib.
      And we'll produce that app with minor changes to MS Teams Store for Teams addin app.
      In the MS Teams "Design system/Layout and scaling" , the guide explains the 4-px base unit of grid. And I can see other guide like button shape, component color, font.
      For the rule, we have to change all our components.
      Our Teams addin app is a personal Tab using iFrame web hosting. De we have to follow Teams guide rule with mandatory ? Is it basic condition for us to have approval our app in the MS Teams Store.
      Please let me know the details for our case.
