Customers unable to use our published app
Prasad_Das-MSFT Admin users in the customer tenant are able to add our app to the meeting but standard users are not able to do so.
Customer has allowed access to the app through a custom app policy. Also, they have enabled the org-wide setting to allow third-party apps. They followed all steps mentioned here
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/microsoftteams/manage-apps#allow-and-block-apps
But still, they are facing the same issue
``status: 401, errorCode: \\\"UserNotAuthorizedToGrantResourceSpecificPermissions\\\"``

The RSC permissions model enables team owners and chat owners to grant consent for an application to access and modify a team's data and a chat's data, respectively.
Note: If a chat has a meeting or a call associated with it, then the relevant RSC permissions apply to those resources as well.

- muditsaxenaOct 31, 2022Copper ContributorI want to understand why our app requires RSC permissions in the first place. I have checked other third-party apps with same capabilities like Miro, Jira which doesn't require these RSC permission

muditsaxena - Could you please check the permissions added for your app?
