Cookies between bot tabs

Hi, I have a question. In us bot we have 2 tabs. But one of this tabs need access token from master system. I use cookies to send access token between tabs. But in ms teams bot tab this cookies is not created. Moreover this not work only on Chrome and Opera. For Mozilla and Edge this work without any problem. Someone have any reason why that happens?
