can't preview in teams using developer portal

We will try to import the above manifest from our end and check the issue. Can you please tell us if you are seeing any error while previewing the app from developer portal.
Daniel_Levy - We tried the below scenarios, and it is working fine at our end.
- Importing app package with above shared manifest via dev portal and then preview in Teams
- Directly uploading the app package through Teams web client

can you share which additional files you used in order to upload the app package?
and maybe the steps to upload it via ms-teams web client?- I have added outline and color files along with above shared manifest. Attaching the package below.
- Teams app web client -> Apps -> Manage your apps -> Upload an app -> Upload an app to your org's app catalog

I couldn't preview after import to the developer portal,
but the following steps worked for me:
1. upload the app from "Manage your apps"
2. import the same zip in the developer portal
3. managing the bot from developer portal (since I needed to add endpoint/client secret etc).
4. preview in teams finally worked!
