Can we have an alert notification system via MS Teams call?
Is it possible to have MS Teams call alert notification that can notify users when a system is down by calling them and automatically speaking “Machine A down”, for example.

kittileelahasin Nothing easy to achieve that in the product, but there is an Azure API called ACS that allows you to create calls in Teams so it's perhaps possible. Also if you have Teams Phone System an external service could just place calls to users.
Have you considered building something that sends Urgent Notifications. these were built to replace paging and will keep notifying someone until they are responded to, used in some hospitals to alert doctors. Mark a message as important or urgent in Teams - Microsoft Support
- kittileelahasinCopper ContributorThank you for your answer. The notification system I want is to notify operators in production lines in factories. They are not able to touch their mobile phones due to wearing a cleanroom smock suit, only smalltalk headset allowed. So, phone calling is the only way to notify them instantly when a machine in a production line has an issue.
Could you please provide a guideline on ACS for such use case?kittileelahasin ACS documentation on calling start here Calling capabilities for Teams users - An Azure Communication Services concept document | Microsoft Learn
