Thanks for the guidance on delta polling. We see the same behavior: in a shared channel, our bot (RSC ChannelMessage.Read.Group, manifest tier1) only receives @mention messages, while Graph on-demand reads return all messages.

Two technical follow-up questions before we implement:

1. The Teams API overview "Polling requirements" section asks to specify a date range when polling for new messages. Is GET /teams/{id}/channels/{id}/messages/delta every 60 seconds, with $filter=lastModifiedDateTime gt, the supported pattern for shared channels under those requirements?

2. Since /messages/delta returns root messages only, does a new reply update its root so that the root appears again in the delta, or should /replies be read for each recently active thread?

Scale: fewer than 10 shared channels per tenant.
