    I think that the files you attached is not a Teams mobile screen on Android.

    Below is my screen on MS Teams mobile (Android).

    I tested 8x8 app from Teams Store below

    After clicking More button, you can see the "Shortcut" and "Refresh". 

    Our app for Teams is the static tab by web hosting. 

    Is there any API to add the following features(Shortcut, Refresh) ?

byungheesohn-We also checked this on iOS devices and did not find the refresh button there, nor did we find it on Android devices. This is a feature request.
Could you please help by suggesting this feature on - Microsoft Teams · Community

In my previous answer, you can see the screen-shot of Android Galaxy S22 phone.
I saw and ran the feature, "Refresh" and you can see that feature. I installed MS Teams app recently.
Can you check the feature again?
I certainly say it's not the feature request. I can see current Refresh feature on Teams mobile (Android).
