Bluetooth Headphones and Surface Arc Mouse interference
I am using a Surface Pro 4 with the Surface Arc Mouse while trying to listen to music on LG HBA A100 Bluetooth headphones. Every time I move the mouse the audio lags. It is incredibly frustrating and destroys my work flow. How can I fix this?

I am now having the same issue with my Surface Headphones and Surface Arc Tough Mouse. Is power cycling the only solution that has been found? It's frustrating that both of these products from the same brand have produced this since conceivably, Microsoft would like you to buy and use both.
- MegneticmonopoleCopper ContributorI got a Bluetooth dongle for my surface studio and everything is working well. It seems that problem is with the built in marvell avastar network adapter. Maybe it is because I have too many bt devices and not enough bandwidth available for that old Bluetooth 4.0 adapter.

Eugene_MS1 Power cycling bluetooth seemed to help.

Beefiestrob, I did the same, but it was still a bit of a hit-or-miss situation. I have now figured out that I need to get all BT devices off (except Pen, for now, but including my Android phone connecting to Your Phone app on PC and ARC mouse). Then switch on Bose headset first, then follow with others. This seems to be working better, but still not fool proof. I really wish both these great brands would look at silly little things like that and perhaps take the bold step of talking to each other! nikita

Eugene_MS1 Same problem with SurfaceBook 2, Bose Soundsport wireless, and arc bluetooth mouse...

Eugene_MS1, I have the same problem with Surface Book 2 and Bose QCIII headphones. Very frustrating. Just noting this here to follow if you do get any feedback. Thanks.

Same problem here with a Surface Pro 6 and the Bose QC35 II headphones. The instant I snap the mouse on, the audio gets very choppy. There are issues with the music stuttering even when the mouse isn't in the picture, but it seems to get a lot worse with the mouse turned on. The only other bluetooth device I'm using is my pen. I didn't really have any issues with other headphones besides the Bose.
Seeing this a month old gives me hope it may still get seen, hopefully we can see a fix soon.

Same problem here with surface studio, surface mouse, and original QC35. I resolved it by simply turning bluetooth off and on. I read an article saying that there is a very small probability that 2 BT devices will land on same frequency and interfere with each other. In most cases, the probability is so small that it is unlikely to happen. It seems that surface + bose increases the probability of such incidents due to some unkown incompability issues. Restart the computer or restart bluetooth might solve your problem.
