SurfaceHub Major problems, updates missing?

Hi all,

 

We have a surfacehub 2s, freshly reinstalled and updated. 

 

- The whiteboard app still only supports " single touch" which completely eliminates the value add of a multi touch display.

 

- When joining a meeting in teams it says " you are using an old version of Teams"  update in 28 days to continue using the app...... windows update shows no updates...... and clicking the update link downloads an update which i cannot install........ 

What is going on? did you end the support on the SurfaceHub 2S without communicating?
Can you please enable multi touch in whiteboard, and update teams urgently?

    Kindly make sure your network is configured to use Windows Update by referencing this article.

    As a test, you could also try to connect your Surface Hub to a mobile hotspot to rule out any network issues. If you still experience issues with the updates, please open a Service Request here with the Surface Hub support team and we will gladly assist you

      Hi, thanks for the reply. Off course the device is fully updated. The problem is that multi touch is not present in whiteboard while it was available in the previous app. 

      Also we found info that the teams for surfacehub version is not supported anymore and you need to use the default teams version decreasing functionality. 

      I just hope that Microsoft will develop solutions to actually use the nice features which made a surfacehub worth while. How it is now, I could have bought any other touch screen with windows system, for maybe 30% of the price, since the value add for a surfacehub is removed by the software.

       

      So please recreate the value-add for such a nice system.
