Surface Hub 2S Teams has no buttons?

Recentley, we've had 4 of our devices Teams clients in "Kind of" working condition. To clarify, you can call the device via Teams and answer, but the call window never opens and no audio comes through. You also cannot hang up or adjust any in call settings on the device. I've double checked the Updates and can confirm we have latest windows updates. Power cycling the device also has no effect? Any suggestions?

EDIT: As of 4/5/2024, this error has occurred on 7 of our hubs at the company. The only fix I've found is factory resetting the device which is very aggravating. Any one else seeing this issue?

As the error suggests the device is using an older version of Teams and for security reasons sign-in failed. Please make sure you configure your network as per this article to allow the app to update. As a quick fix, you can connect the device to an open network or a mobile hotspot.

If you still have issues, please open a support case here.

    Thank you,

    Cezar

Thank you for the reply! Unfortunately we're a 100% GCC High so many of these dependencies are not capable in our environment. I'm also not allowed to connect one of our devices to an open network.
Is it possible to manually update the client with a USB?

        Hello Oscar_Lechuga,

In this case I would suggest raising a support ticket here and check what options are available for GCC High with our local support engineers.

        Thank you,

        Cezar
