- Apr 17, 2024Hi Andrea,
I could not reproduce this behavior on the Surface Hub 3. However, I have also noticed it on the Surface Hub 2 with MTR-W.
I recommend opening a support case with Microsoft.

Hi Andrea,
the Smart Cam Automatic framing is turned off by default on Windows 11.
To turn on automatic framing, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Manage Cameras> Surface Hub Smart Camera

Hi Joey,
The Automatic framing is working as intended on Windows 11.
Altough specifically in the MTR mode of the Surface Hub 3 it doesn't work, the camera displays in the meetings without using the auto-frame feature, it "only" displays the image with the widest FOV.
If you have any other suggestions it would be really welcome.
Thank you again in advance for your help

I'll test it again with both the Surface Hub 3 and the Surface Hub 2S with the MTR-W Update that we have and i'll get back to you with the results.
If it persists i will open a support case as you suggested.
Thanks again.- MrNickMay 30, 2024Iron Contributor
Andrea_Ragadini I have the same issue on an updated surface 2s. Our management team are not happy.
What did Microsoft say? I'm being asked to downgrade 😥
