Call Queues Preview and Hybrid Deployments
Hello,
Are there any known issues with the Call Queues Preview and Hybrid Deployments?
In testing, we were able to see issues where calls were not distributed to cloud agents if all DNS records were not pointed to the cloud. Engaging standard o365 support was not helpful on this.
Thank you.

Currently we do not support hybrid scenarios, we are working to address these. yes, you could some scenarios will work, but not supported yet.

This is critical to support until things preventing full adoption to the cloud are fully available. Just getting the call queues able to send to our users was a big step. Would love to figure out why it's sending calls out over our SIP/PSTN trunk instead of straight SIP to SIP next.

We are currently working on a similar issue with MS support through the preview program for this.
Apparently if we use our shared domain, the calls get rejected, but if we use the *.onmicrosoft.com domain, the calls make it through.
Additionally we noticed that calls from inside our org were actually going out our on-prem SIP trunks.
- Interesting that you're seeing this, as ours are pointed to on-prem and we're still seeing traditional response group calls come through to Cloud PBX users in our hybrid.
