Steps to Submit a Ticket:
- Go to the link above
- Scroll down to “Submit a support request”
- Select “Certification” as the category
- Choose issue type: “Exam voucher/discount”
- Fill in your details and paste your message
- Attach the original voucher email or code (if you still have it)
