Please clarify the numbering system in Microsoft exams

Is there any future plan to make it more meaningful?
If there is no real meaning behind it, can we just make it completely random?
For example, change AZ-900 to something like AZ-81035701386910385013 so that people will stop trying to figure out a pattern.
When we see certification names like 900, 100, 400, or 401, learners unconsciously try to find a pattern.
